Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customized, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days via online payment transfer to your provided bank/UPI details.

Please note: refunds cannot be issued in cash at the time of return.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not offered. Customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
