1. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  • Customized, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days via online payment transfer to your provided bank/UPI details.

  • Please note: refunds cannot be issued in cash at the time of return.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are currently not offered. Customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
